Q: Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

A: Yes — as long as the item is full price, unworn, unwashed, and returned within 7 days of delivery with original tags attached.


Q: What items are final sale?

A: All discounted items, accessories, beauty products, intimates, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your invoice with your return.


Q: How long does it take to process a return?

A: Once we receive your item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.


Q: What if I received a damaged or defective item?

A: Email us at 276boutique@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right!


Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or edited once placed. Please double-check your cart before checkout.
